📘 Official Seller Policy – Ecomexus

⚠️ Obligation to Follow the Rules

Anyone wishing to sell on the Ecomexus platform must strictly comply with all rules outlined below. Accepting these terms is mandatory to maintain an active account.

💳 Payment and Account Setup

• One-time payment required to open a seller account.
• No monthly subscription fees.
• A fixed commission of 16% is automatically deducted from each sale.
• The remaining amount is transferred immediately to the seller’s account after delivery.

🚚 Delivery Deadlines

• Maximum of 3 days to deliver each order.
• Orders not delivered within this period will be automatically canceled.
• 5 cancellations or 5 refunds: account suspended for 7 days.
• Another 5 cancellations/refunds: account suspended for 1 month.
• Further violations: permanent account closure and a ban on opening any new account with Ecomexus.

🔄 Delivery & Refund – Seller’s Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling and refunding orders made through their store.

• All delivery and refund operations must be clearly explained in the seller’s shop policies.
• Delivery must be done within the indicated period and confirmed by tracking when applicable.
• Refunds must be processed responsibly and quickly when a product is defective, not delivered, or not as described.
• Failure to manage delivery and refund properly may lead to account suspension or termination.

✅ Mandatory Verification

Every seller account must be verified upon creation. Sellers must provide:

• A valid ID
• Business documents if required
• A clear sales, delivery, and refund policy on their store

🛠️ Modifying Account Information

Modifications are only allowed if no activity has occurred (no sales or funds received):

• Email address
• Store name
• Business address
• Official documents
• Personal information

In urgent cases, additional supporting documents will be required.

🚫 Prohibited Products List

The following products are strictly prohibited for sale:

• Illegal or banned items
• Unauthorized medications
• Dangerous or flammable substances
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Sexually explicit content
• Stolen or counterfeit goods
• Animals or animal parts
• Pirated digital content

🔍 Automatic Store Verification

All stores are automatically reviewed daily. Non-compliant accounts may be suspended or deleted without notice.
